Counting Down...
Only 3 sleeps to go now before we head off.
We’ve checked with our airline and have been assured that our airplane isn’t the same as the Air France one that fell out of the sky recently so that’s good to know.
Yesterday was my last gallops photofinish gig at Te Aroha and what a great feeling it was driving off the course. Today is my packing day. All the office work is pretty much under control with only a few minor things to sort out. On Friday night I’m doing my last photofinish gig for 5 weeks at Alexandra Park.
My house sitters arrive on Saturday morning and I’ll head off to Putaruru for the day with Anne and on Sunday we get picked up by shuttle and taken to Auckland Airport to fly out.
I’ve put up a Contact Page where people can pick up our UK mobile numbers and leave messages for us if they need to.

Man, time went fast from when you said you were going, and then now,, you are now on the other side of the world. its bizarre thinking about it, I hope you two dont have jetlag, and are finding your bearings.
Waiting for your next post 🙂
Listening to Dave Dobbin – Rest and Recreation! as I read your first post.
Ironic eh? Have fun and watch for deep pockets in Scotland.
